1.優(you)化專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)設置,與產(chan)業(ye)鏈有效(xiao)對接。學院主動服務服務新(xin)疆(jiang)綜合交通(tong)發展要求,通(tong)過撤(che)銷、凍結(jie)、轉型升(sheng)級(ji)、新(xin)增等方式,動態調整學院專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)設置,優(you)化專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)結(jie)構,建成以(yi)交通(tong)建設工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術(shu)與管(guan)理(li)、車輛工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術(shu)與服務2個國(guo)家(jia)級(ji)高(gao)(gao)水平專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)群(qun)為(wei)龍頭,以(yi)智慧交通(tong)技(ji)術(shu)與管(guan)理(li)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)群(qun)、交通(tong)運輸服務與管(guan)理(li)、軌道交通(tong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)與管(guan)理(li)、機(ji)電(dian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術(shu)與管(guan)理(li)4個自(zi)治區(qu)高(gao)(gao)水平專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)群(qun)為(wei)骨干,以(yi)培育交通(tong)建設工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術(shu)與服務、籌建航空(kong)技(ji)術(shu)與管(guan)理(li)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)群(qun)為(wei)拓(tuo)展的專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)體系,實現專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)群(qun)與區(qu)域產(chan)業(ye)集群(qun)需求的高(gao)(gao)度融合。

3.試點開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)混合所有(you)制辦學(xue)(xue)。目(mu)前(qian)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)與(yu)(yu)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)共(gong)建(jian)二級學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)2個,分別是電(dian)梯工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)與(yu)(yu)傲(ao)立電(dian)梯股份有(you)限公司共(gong)建(jian)“傲(ao)立學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)”、工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)機(ji)械(xie)運用與(yu)(yu)維(wei)護專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)與(yu)(yu)中辰偉業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)機(ji)械(xie)有(you)限責任公司共(gong)建(jian)“中辰偉業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)機(ji)械(xie)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)”,校企雙方圍繞(rao)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)員工(gong)(gong)培訓(xun)、職業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)資(zi)格取證(zheng)、專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)技(ji)術(shu)人員繼續教育、技(ji)術(shu)研究與(yu)(yu)成(cheng)果轉化(hua)、人才(cai)培養方案與(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)程(cheng)開(kai)(kai)發等方面創新機(ji)制,積(ji)極(ji)探索實踐混合所有(you)制辦學(xue)(xue)改革。
